Compensation: $200,000-$250,000 Base Salary + ProSal Compensation Structure | Substantial Sign-On Bonus Available

In your day-to-day, you will:

• Manage oncology cases in close collaboration with specialty and emergency teams.
• Oversee chemotherapy protocols and ensure compliance with USP 800 safety standards.
• Support daily client communication, including treatment updates, medication management, and patient care discussions.
• Mentor chemo-trained technicians, assistants, and support staff.
• Pursue growth opportunities in clinical research, advanced diagnostics, and emerging cancer therapies.
• Work closely with veterinarians, technicians, and support teams to provide seamless, compassionate patient care.
• Communicate clearly and empathetically with pet owners during stressful and emotional situations.
• Contribute to a positive, team-focused hospital culture built on collaboration, mentorship, and continuous learning.

What You Bring

• DVM or equivalent veterinary degree with eligibility for Illinois veterinary licensure.
• Board Certification in Medical Oncology (DACVIM-Oncology) or residency-trained in Medical Oncology.
• Strong communication skills with a compassionate, client-centered approach.
• A collaborative mindset and commitment to exceptional patient care.
