As an Internal Medicine Specialist, you'll join a growing team of specialists, experienced Emergency clinicians, a certified canine rehabilitation therapist, and a highly skilled, well-established support team.
You'll have access to advanced technology and a collaborative environment designed to support high-quality patient care, including MRI, CT, fluoroscopy, digital radiography, ultrasonography, endoscopy, laparoscopy and thoracoscopy, ventilator support, physical therapy with an underwater treadmill and acupuncture, and a full in-house laboratory.

In your day-to-day, you will:
Manage complex internal medicine cases spanning GI, hepatobiliary, infectious disease, endocrine, hematologic, and respiratory conditions.
Perform and/or order diagnostics such as ultrasound, endoscopy, fluoroscopy, and CT.
Coordinate with specialty and emergency teams on shared patients and transfers.
Mentor technicians and assistants as part of daily case management.
Pursue growth opportunities in ultrasound proficiency, IR procedures, and electrochemotherapy (ECT) training.
Develop individualized diagnostic and treatment plans for patients with complex medical conditions.
Collaborate closely with boarded specialists, Emergency clinicians, veterinary technicians, and support teams to provide seamless, compassionate patient care.
Communicate clearly and empathetically with pet owners during stressful and emotional situations.
Engage in ongoing continuing education and professional development.
Contribute to a positive, team-focused hospital culture built on collaboration, mentorship, and continuous learning.
What You Bring
DVM or equivalent veterinary degree with eligibility for state veterinary licensure.
Board Certification in Internal Medicine or Residency Trained in Internal Medicine.
Strong clinical skills and an interest in diagnosing and managing complex medical cases.
Strong communication skills with a compassionate, client-centered approach.
A collaborative mindset and commitment to exceptional patient care.
A passion for continuous learning, teamwork, and advancing specialty medicine.
