Full-time--Day/Night/Weekend Availability
Schedule: Sun 8am-9pm, Mon 11am-10pm, Tues & Wed 12:30pm - 11:30pm

With a dedicated support staff, we provide 24-hour emergency and critical care for small animals, offering extensive resources to the veterinary community of the Pacific Northwest.
Ideal candidate:
- possesses superior customer service skills--veterinary experience highly preferred
- has strong communication skills
- is self-motivated
- works well on a team
- has scheduling flexibility
- is a quick learner
- has 1-2 years of customer service experience in a veterinary setting.
Job Skills / Requirements:
- Experience as a receptionist required.
- Organization and tremendous attention to detail is a must.
- Must be able to multi-task and manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- Has professional and pleasant phone etiquette.
- Computer skills required.
- Accurate accounting skills are a must.
- Strong problem-solving abilities (judgment, logic, creativity, conflict resolution).
Required licenses:
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Veterinary Medication Clerk's license, overseen by the WA state Department of Health.

Compensation negotiable based on credentials and experience with an hourly pay rate starting at $19-23/hour. The actual rate offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
