We’re building something different. As a privately owned, four-doctor hospital in Downtown Los Angeles,
we’re intentionally creating a practice where doctors are supported by exceptional RVTs, assistants, and
client service professionals who work together through clear communication, efficient systems, and
shared accountability. Our investment in leadership development, workflow optimization, and team
utilization allows our veterinarians to focus on what they do best: delivering outstanding patient care.

What We Offer Full-Time Employees

Total Compensation Packages are competitive and estimated at $170,000-$220,000 annually, depending
on experience, schedule, benefit elections, and signing bonus. With any full-time employment, we offer:

Requirements

Qualifications

Required

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM or equivalent)
• California veterinary license (or ability to obtain)
• DEA license (or ability to obtain)
• Strong communication skills
• Commitment to collaborative medicine

Preferred

• Internship completion or equivalent clinical experience
• Interest in surgery, dentistry, ultrasound, or urgent care
• Leadership experience
• Desire to mentor team members
