Who we are
ACES is a new purpose-built emergency and specialist referral centre in Perth’s Northern Suburbs. We are proudly independent, locally owned, and deeply connected to our community. Every clinical decision is made for the right reasons - excellent medicine, genuine compassion, and the wellbeing of our patients, their families, and our team.
If you are passionate about high-level medicine, value teamwork, and want to work in a place where your expertise and wellbeing truly matter, ACES may be the hospital you’ve been looking for.
The Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for a Specialist in Veterinary Oncology to join our founding team of specialists. At ACES, medical decisions are led by expertise and guided by evidence. We prioritise quality of care above all else, with the freedom to allocate time, diagnostics, and resources based on clinical need.
You’ll work within a genuinely collaborative specialist environment where complex cases are managed collectively, and communication is open and respectful. We are building a hospital where patients receive technically excellent and compassionate care, clients feel informed and supported, and colleagues feel valued and trusted in their work.
Why “ACES”
At ACES we exist to practise veterinary medicine with excellence, compassion, and purpose. We believe great care comes from people who are fully invested in their work — who see animals as individuals, clients as partners, and veterinary medicine as a craft worth doing well. We’re here because we love this work, and that love shows in the care we give every day.
Our purpose is to provide exceptional, collaborative, evidence-based specialist and emergency care, delivered with compassion and integrity.
