Client Service Representative
South Windsor Veterinary Clinic in South Windsor, CT
Pay range : $20.00-23.00 /hrly based on experience
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Greet clients and pets in a professional, compassionate manner
Answer phone calls, emails, and appointment requests
Schedule appointments, surgeries, and follow-up visits
Maintain accurate patient and client records
Process payments, invoices, and insurance claims
Supervise and support reception staff
Train new front desk employees on clinic procedures and software
Resolve client concerns or complaints professionally
Coordinate communication between veterinarians, technicians, and clients
Ensure the reception area remains clean, organized, and welcoming
Monitor inventory of office and reception supplies
Assist with administrative reports and daily clinic operations

REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience working as a Veterinary Receptionist/CSR is required
Significant experience with basic office functions in a busy office environment
Must be a team player and have compassion for pets and their people
