Apple Country Animal Hospital is seeking a full-time or part-time Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our front desk team! Apple Country Animal Hospital has proudly served the pets and people of the Stow, MA area since 1988. We're a full-service veterinary hospital offering expert medical, surgical, and dental care for all feline and canine companions. Our friendly, hometown team is deeply rooted in the community and passionate about delivering the highest standard of care to every pet that walks through our doors.

Compensation & Training

• Pay: $18$22/hr, depending on experience.
• No prior animal experience required — we'll provide full training for the right candidate.

Hours & Benefits

• Full-time: 30+ hours/week (includes benefits).
• Part-time: Up to 29 hours/week.

Typical Schedule

• 45 days per week
• Mostly day shifts: 8:00 am 4:00 pm
• One evening shift per week: 1:00 8:00 pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Warmly welcome clients and their pets with professionalism and empathy
• Answer multi-line phone calls quickly and courteously
• Schedule appointments and manage the daily schedule with precision
• Prepare and maintain patient files and records accurately
• Educate clients on preventive care, including flea/tick and heartworm products
• Answer client questions regarding basic pet care and hospital services
• Process invoices and handle payment transactions
• Manage email, fax, and message communications efficiently
• Support the veterinary team in providing an exceptional client experience

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a busy, team-oriented environment
• A compassionate and client-focused attitude
• Comfort with technology, phones, and basic office functions
