We are partnering with a privately owned, AAHA-accredited veterinary hospital in the heart of Charlotte, NC, to find a Veterinarian to join their dynamic and experienced team. This modern, well-equipped facility is known for its excellent patient care and outstanding support staff.

About the Hospital

•             Privately owned, 7-doctor hospital
•             Brand new, state-of-the-art facility
•             Equipped with ultrasound, digital x-ray, dental x-ray, cryotherapy, and laser therapy
•             AAHA accredited, ensuring top-quality care for patients
•             5:1 support ratio for doctors, so you can focus on what matters most—your patients

Role Highlights

•             Work 3.5 days a week on average, providing excellent work-life balance
•             1 in 3 Saturdays
•             2 hours of blocked-out lunch time each day to recharge
•             Opportunity to perform surgery up to 2 days per week based on your interests
•             Collaborative and supportive team environment
•             Work in a cutting-edge facility with modern diagnostic tools

Compensation & Benefits

•             Competitive salary up to $200,000, plus production bonuses
•             3 weeks of Paid Time Off (PTO)
