Cascade Veterinary Clinics is seeking a motivated and growth-minded New Graduate DVM who is eager to build confidence, expand clinical skills, and practice high-quality medicine in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

This full-time or part-time, on-site role allows you to provide high-quality care to a loyal and established client base across North Central Washington while developing your skills alongside experienced, mentor-minded peers.
You will practice preventative and urgent care medicine, perform surgery and dentistry with structured support, and build meaningful relationships with clients — all while strengthening your diagnostic confidence and clinical decision-making.
Role expectations:
- Provide high-quality preventative and urgent care medicine with mentorship support
- Gradually build surgical and dental skills through guided, hands-on experience
- Diagnose, treat, and manage a wide variety of medical conditions
- Participate in collaborative case discussions with peers
- Communicate clearly and compassionately with clients and team members
- Maintain accurate and thorough medical records
- Embrace feedback and demonstrate a commitment to continual growth

Requirements
Qualifications:
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an accredited veterinary school
- Valid Washington state veterinary license
- Strong diagnostic and surgical skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- A desire to improve the lives of animals and build relationships with clients
- Must be motivated to continue to learn and advance skills in veterinary medicine
