Compensation & Benefits
We prioritize the emotional and physical wellbeing of our team and offer a comprehensive benefits package, including:
- Base salary of $150,000–$180,000 (40-hour week; four 10-hour shifts), based on experience and skill set
- Quarterly production bonus with no negative accrual
