We are a nine doctor, small animal practice on the north side of Fort Wayne, Indiana. Our hospital offers you a great work environment, mentoring, a reasonable work schedule, ample support staff and a chance to grow!!
These are some of the things we provided for our team in the recent past:
- Mentoring program for our new DVM
- Quarterly doctor meetings with our 9-doctor team to collaborate and learn
- Monthly staff team meetings to learn, collaborate and problem-solve
- For the 4th time, all doctors that had been with our organization 10 years or more were provided with a biennial $3,000 stipend for a trip or vacation of their choice
- Periodic hospital-paid lunches to express our appreciation
- Minor league baseball game outing, Christmas party, Fort Wayne Komet hockey tickets
- 2 technicians/assistants per doctor plus additional support staff
- Full time or part time schedule options
- Excellent pay

- Ability to develop special interests in practice
- High-quality equipment: Digital radiology, endoscopy, in-house laboratory, PBMT, PRP, ultrasound
If you are a people-oriented individual with a good work ethic and positive attitude, we would love to show you what we have to offer!! We see small
animals; in addition to dogs and cats, one of our doctors (Dr. Amy Boxberger, MSU 2002) sees exotics and birds and would be an excellent mentor for anyone interested in these species!
Dupont Veterinary Clinic is locally and privately owned! Unlike most of the other advertised Fort Wayne jobs, we are not owned by large, foreign corporations. There IS a difference!!
