Lewisville North Animal Clinic is a privately owned small-animal practice seeking an experienced veterinarian (3+ years preferred) to step into a Medical Director–level leadership role with a structured pathway to working partnership and vested co-ownership.

Provide high-quality small animal medicine and surgery
Maintain and elevate standards of care
Guide and mentor veterinary technicians and staff
Ensure regulatory and compliance standards
Strategic & Business Contribution
Strengthen operational systems and efficiency
Participate in financial and growth planning
Expand service offerings responsibly
