Bradley Animal Hospital is a team-oriented practice that believes in providing the best evidence-based medicine for each patient. Our team is expected to pay attention to detail, be passionate about treatment success, and work together to reach our goals. Although we refer to an after-hours emergency center, we devote the time needed to make sure our clients and patients are properly cared for, even if that means staying late. We seek a team player who advocates for the patient and believes client education and empowerment are important.
Our privately owned, remodeled hospital has served the Lawrence, Kansas area for more than 60 years and has been AAHA-certified since 1965. We see challenging cases and cooperative clientele, allowing us to use advanced equipment, including CO2 laser, a fully-stocked surgery suite, endoscopy, ultrasound, digital radiography, Dental Aire unit, and digital dental radiography, Doppler, Tono-pen, and capnograph. We also offer lodging services year-round for established patients.

Salary and Benefit Package
Base Salary + Production Bonus
Health care coverage (with optional dental and vision): 75% of premium paid by Bradley Animal Hospital, P.A.
Dental and Vision Insurance available (paid by employee)
Contribution to health savings account: $100/month plus a match up to $50 employee monthly contribution
Uniform Stipend
Retirement package: SIMPLE IRA matched up to 5% after 12 months
Paid time off: Two weeks during the first calendar year

Scheduling
Flexible scheduling, including some required evenings, weekends, and holidays
Three weekends per month, preferred
Full-time employment preferred. Part-time employment is strongly considered.
