We are a long established large animal practice. We recently constructed a new large animal facility that opened in 2012. The practice is predominately equine, but does a variety of large and small animal species. We are one of the few clinics in Michigan and Indiana that perform colic and orthopedic surgeries on horses.
There is room for developing many areas, if associate desires to pursue specific areas of interest.
The practice includes ambulatory and referral medical and surgical care. Includes new surgery area and 7 box stalls with an indoor arena for lameness work up and indoor phantom for AI collections. New equipment to practice quality veterinary medicine.
Dr. Fedore has been in practice for over 40 years. Dr Fedore to mentor and advise, any new graduates.
Willing to expand into more of specialties, if eager to pursue.
Looking for an individual with some old fashion work ethic, but flexible enough to allow a personal life.
Staff is great to work with. We are a family oriented practice.
Large Animal emergency service coverage is something we offer to our clients.
Small Animal is by appointment schedule with no emergency appointments required.
Practice is progressive and believes in continuing education..

Requirements
Can choose large or small animal, or we are flexible for the right candidate to do mixed practice, both some small animal appointments and some large animal appointments.
Will to negotiate hours and discuss what medicine the right candidate is interested in.
