Description
About You
You are a dedicated Clinician who values the "long game"—building trust with families and caring for pets from their first puppy visit through their golden years. You thrive in an environment that balances the preventative care of a family practice with the clinical excitement of Urgent Care cases.
Your Clinical Impact at 4 Paws:
Advanced Diagnostics: You believe in practicing medicine with high-caliber tools. At 4 Paws, you’ll have access to ultrasound and full dental radiography, ensuring you have the "inside look" needed for accurate, non-invasive diagnostics.
Surgical Variety: Whether you’re performing routine wellness procedures or tackling complex soft tissue surgeries, you’ll be supported by a team that shares your passion for medical excellence.
Community Connection: You enjoy the "local feel" of a hospital deeply rooted in the Albuquerque and Rio Rancho communities, but you appreciate the national resources and connected network of Thrive Pet Healthcare.
Your Success Matters
The success of your patients’ care matters to you, and your success matters to us. We provide a supportive environment where you can continue to develop specialized skills and leverage your passion for continuity of care.
Progressive Compensation: We offer competitive base salaries with production opportunities and—crucially—no negative accrual.
