- Associate Veterinarian
Description
You remember the sound—the excited paws scrambling against the floor, the joyful barking behind the door. No matter how your day went, your best friend was always there, ready to greet you with unconditional love. The games of fetch, the peaceful walks, the snuggles on the couch—life was better because of them.
But as the years passed, so did time’s effect on them. One day, they didn’t meet you at the door. Instead, you found them quietly curled up, their energy faded. A trip to the veterinarian revealed a heartbreaking diagnosis—renal failure. Your family did everything possible, cherishing every extra day, until the moment came to help them peacefully transition.
