The Role
- 4-day workweek (Mon–Thu or Tue–Fri)
- No weekends, no on-call
- Small animal GP-focused (optional urgent care)
- 30-minute appointments
- Perform surgery one day per week, including routine procedures and dentals
- New grads or experienced DVMs welcome
Compensation & Benefits
- ProSal (base + commission; NO negative accrual)
- Medical/Dental/Vision: We pay 50% of employee premium
- Simple IRA with 3% match
- CE: $3,500 + 1 week PTO
